Theories about What Needs to Happen when Launching your Business

When it comes to launching your business, you know exactly what you need to begin. You need to have your why, your vision, a brand that is relatable, your strategies and executions set up, and you need to have a relationship with your audience. With all of that being said, what else do you truly need? On today’s final post, we’ll dive into these ideas.

Marketing – Yes, you DO need to market yourself in order to grow and scale. Whether you do organic marketing or use the paid advertising through social media, getting your message out there and showing up for your audience daily is what will draw them to you. Without marketing, how would people know who you are and what your story is? I know I wouldn’t jump to buy a course from someone I didn’t resonate with on some sort of level.

Restarting and Pivoting – Over time, you’ll see what works and what doesn’t. If a message or post doesn’t get the engagement or actions you’re looking for, tweak your message and try again. If you quit after an unsuccessful post, you’ll never get any farther than you already are. You have to be willing to change things up to see what sticks.

Being Authentic – I don’t know about you, but I can tell when a post seems flakey or inauthentic. You know the ones I’m talking about: fitness influencers talking about flat tummy tea etc or beauty moguls talking about “magic” hair serum that grows your hair in a week. I know they don’t believe in it, and it shows. Making sure you’re being authentic and relatable to your audience is probably one of the most important ways to connect and grow as a business.

Huge Vision and Big Breaks – If you have a huge vision on where you want your business to be, it will not happen overnight. Let me repeat – IT. WILL. NOT. HAPPEN. OVERNIGHT. Growing and scaling your business to its potential is not something that happens without consistency and hard work. Break your vision down to manageable pieces. If your goal is to be a successful coach, perhaps launching your first mini course to entice your audience to work one on one with you. Maybe it’s offering a freebie to get them onto your email list so you can offer a premium product. Whatever your outlet, starting small and growing is better than becoming overwhelmed with your success not happening right away.

Running your own business is very rewarding and can be a means to time freedom. But preparing yourself for the time and work to create it is where you set the foundation of success. It doesn’t have to be scary. If it is, I can help you with that. Feel free to check out www.angelicarozewicz.com/apply and we can chat about how to set you up for success! Until next time.
